The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.
The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers

40 hrs. Schedule is Sunday-Thursday from 3PM-11:30PM or until work is done. Schedule is open ended and shift ends when all the work is completed. Must be able to work mandatory overtime and/or holidays as needed.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with 15% shift differential pay. This position is benefits eligible.

50 % of responsibilities will be running various high speed equipment including scanning documents and encoding checks. Duties may also include: capturing, sorting and/or distributing items or documents using machinery to meet requirements; preparing and organizing work for subsequent processing through machines; executing jobs through PC or CRT; monitoring process; performing routine maintenance and repairs. Works under direct supervision, receiving detailed instruction on work. The remaining 50% will be extracting lockbox payments, verifying data on payments and accompanying documents, processing according to customer's detailed instructions, collating, and mailing. This position has strict production metrics that determine acceptable levels of performance and requires that all payments (checks) must be accounted for on the day they are received. There are also strict deadlines requiring flexibility of schedule, as this is an open-ended position with the start and end time being determined by work flow.

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ months of equipment operation experience demonstrated through work or military experience

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to operate simple machines and perform basic maintenance/repairs
  • Lockbox experience
  • Ability to troubleshoot equipment and perform basic maintenance and repairs
  • Ability to manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
  • 10-key numerical data entry experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced deadline driven environment
  • Ability to work effectively under direct supervision and follow specific guidelines
  • Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment

Salary Information

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
