Primary Responsibilities:
  • Provide expertise and customer service support to members, customers and/or providers
  • Serve as the liaison to a complex customer base to manage first level response and resolution of escalated issues with external and internal customers
  • Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment
  • Investigate claim and/or customer service issues as identified and communicate resolution to customers
  • Provide feedback to team members regarding improvement opportunities
  • Applies knowledge/skills to complex activities
  • Demonstrates a depth and breadth of knowledge/skills in own area and is often able to apply these outside of own function
  • Often acts as a technical resource to others in own function
  • Anticipates customer needs and proactively identifies solutions
  • Solves complex problems on own; proactively identifies new solutions to problems
  • Plans, prioritizes, organizes and completes work to meet established objectives
  • Acts as a facilitator to resolve conflicts on team; seen as key team member on project teams spanning more than own function


This role is equally challenging and rewarding. Within a high volume environment, you'll need to model and act as an Ambassador for the company while solving complex health care inquires The Service Account Manager acts as a customer advocate to resolve escalated and complex issues.

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ year Data Analysis and Trending Analyst
  • 3+ year experience using communications and interpersonal skills (internal/external)
  • 2+ year experience in a deadline driven environment
  • 2+ year call center/phone experience
  • 2+ year experience of proficient use of Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • 1+ year experience designing and delivering/presenting in person and virtually


Preferred Qualifications:
  • 2+ year experience in meeting sales promotion/marketing targets
  • 1+ year experience of facilitating meetings, recording meeting minutes, identifying/managing action items, and developing agendas
  • Medical/Health Industry Experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) fluency
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity

Colorado Residents Only: The hourly range for Colorado residents is $20.77 to $55.77.
