The Chief Operating Office (COO) is responsible for delivering a more consistent approach to business operations across Wells Fargo, strengthening the company's risk and control infrastructure, and delivering effective and efficient enterprise services to employees and customers.

The COO group includes the head of Operations, who is jointly responsible for line of business operations with each of the five LOB CEOs. Operations functions include contact center operations, client servicing support, money movements within our businesses, lending operations, and other functions.

The COO group also includes a number of teams dedicated to strengthening Wells Fargo's risk and control infrastructure. These include the Control Executive team; Regulatory and Policy Affairs; Enterprise Customer Excellence; Sales Practices Oversight and Management; and Strategic Execution and Operations.

The Chief Administrative Office, encompassing the Corporate Properties Group; Corporate Security; Enterprise Business Resiliency; Strategic Programs and Process Improvement; Enterprise Change Management; Supply Chain Management; and Data Management and Insights, delivers important services for our employees and customers.

The successful candidate must be able to manage complex case types as well as ensure processes and confidentially are maintained. Will be accountable to continually assess and improve processes and deliverables based on knowledge, experience and level of expertise. The Business Support Consultant 4 is an individual contributor and must be able to influence across all levels in the organization. This role requires a highly organized, analytical doer who can work independently and influence peers across the organization.

This is a "roll up your sleeves" function responsible for leading and completing time-sensitive and complex scenarios for the Insider Threat Program. Must possess a passion for excellence and doing the right thing because it's the right thing to do.

This role reports to the Program Lead for Insider Threat Management in Conduct Management. Insider Threat is defined as an authorized user who misuses access or placement. This function will be coordinating and leading multi-functional scenarios of potentially significant insider threat investigations.

Base salary range for this role is:
CO - Denver Min: $91,700 Mid: $131,000 Max: $170,300

May be considered for a discretionary bonus, Restricted Share Rights or other long-term incentive awards

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: business support, project management, implementation, business operations or strategic planning in financial services demonstrated through work or military experience
  • 5+ years of cyber security incidents and events investigation experience
  • 5+ years of experience analyzing fraud and cyber threat activities within the financial services industry or government

Other Desired Qualifications
  • 5+ years experience in one of the following: incident management, insider threat management, cybersecurity, human intelligence and/or behavioral science
  • Investigative or forensics experience, particularly with technology and/or cross-functional incidents to drive to optimal outcomes
  • Ability to lead large scale enterprise initiatives in order to fulfill regulatory and policy requirements
  • Experience creating and administering ongoing reporting
  • Experience with development and implementation of controls supporting program build out
  • Familiarity with Carnegie Mellon Insider Threat Methodology or MITRE Insider Threat Attack framework desired
  • Familiarity with banking industry laws, rules and regulations a plus as is core bank product knowledge'

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
