The Operations Coordinator must be a proven, passionate leader that thrives in a fast-growing environment with multiple ongoing workstreams. Their job is to ensure that our team is driving to the goals we've prior committed to and do it as efficiently as possible as a team. The Operations Coordinator will act as project manager for special short-term projects, which may include planning and coordinating small to large scale events, presentations, dissemination of information and any other special tasks as assigned, both in-person and virtual.

This individual will also provide process support including but not limited to documentation approvals, operational and financial reporting, communication drafting, project plan documentation and compliance adherence activities. The Operations Coordinator will support new process implementation including process build, communication planning, change management, problem solving and performance report out.

Required Qualifications
Required Experience: 5 to 8 years in a relevant role

REQUIRED SKILLS: In order of importance, list specific skills or talents that a qualified incumbent should possess (i.e., management of large staff, computer applications, subject knowledge, etc.)

1. General Business - Handling and routing confidential and non-routine documents and information
2. General Business - Possess mastery of the Microsoft Office suite with an inclination for technology
3. Leadership - Collaborating across multiple stakeholders with an ability to develop relationships with a wide array of team members
4. Leadership - Support the development of a world class team that operates with courage

Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience: 8 to 10 years in a relevant role

Required: Bachelors Degree
