Join us and start doing your life’s best work.SM   Employee will work as part of a team to provide assistance with customer issues on the Claims Manager software product.   Primary Responsibilities: Provide customer service through phone, email and virtual meeting platformsEscalate problems to appropriate resources in a timely mannerCollaborate with internal business partners to resolve product issuesEmployee will work an 8 hour shift during core business hours (M - F / 6am - 5pm MST).  Occasional overtime may be requiredRequires 24x7 on call duty for a one week period on a recurring basis


Required Qualifications:High School Diploma / GED or higher1+ years of experience working technical helpdesk1+ years of experience in a call center environmentFamiliarity with Oracle and / or SQL ServerAbility to work 40 hour in shifts between the business hours of 6am - 5pm, Monday to Friday Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree or higherFamiliarity with claims processing and practice management systems Soft skills High level customer service skills Careers with OptumInsight. Information and technology have amazing power to transform the Healthcare industry and improve people's lives.
