Take this opportunity and begin doing your life's best work.Primary Responsibilities: Call members and verifying medical services that have been performed Call providers in order to start services for the members File all medical paperwork and faxes electronically Respond to incoming service coordinator calls / emails and resolve inquiries Mail out documents to the member Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED (or higher) 2+ years of Customer Service experience Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)   Preferred Qualifications: Experience working within the Healthcare Industry Experience working with Healthcare Insurance Experience working with Medicare and / or Medicaid Services Experience working in a call center environment Professional experience in a Clerical or Administrative support related role Triage experience Working knowledge of Medical Terminology to communicate with members and providers Careers at UnitedHealthcare Community & State.
