Job Duties: · Telemarketing new and existing customers to increase sales of customer added value services · Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions · Promote and acquire new sales of Frontier’s product portfolio · Meet or exceed assigned quotas for recurring service and equipment · Participate in Retail Sales events and community activities · Process sales orders for services, products or features purchased by customers during their visit to the retail center · Demonstrate or instruct customers on use or operation of Frontier products and services · Accountable for promoting a single point of contact for customers by handling billing, collections, and repair issues for customers · Must be flexible, and a self starter with a positive professional attitude providing excellent customer service at all times · Ability to deal with customer patiently, tactfully and efficiently · Receive and adjust payments and balance collections · Must be able to work under pressure, handle stress and follow directions · Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications: · Two plus years of retail selling experience · Experienced and able to handle cash/credit card transactions · Typing, keyboard and computer skills required · Effective verbal and written communication skills · Ability to handle mathematical calculations · Must be able to work retail hours, not limited to days, and evenings and weekends as needed · PC literacy in windows based applications · High School graduate or equivalent · Customer service experience · Bilingual a plus
