Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise and customer service support to members, customers, and/or providers. Direct phone-based customer interaction to answer and resolve a wide variety of inquiries.

 Required Skills: Qualifications:
- High school education or GED required
- 2+ years customer service experience in a call center environment required
- 1+ years MS Office experience required (Word and Excel)
- Certified Pharmacy Technician strongly preferred
- Pharmacy benefits experience preferred
