Position Description:
Positions in this function are responsible for providing expertise or general claims support to teams in reviewing, researching, investigating, negotiating, processing and adjusting claims. Authorizes the appropriate payment or refers claims to investigators for further review. Conducts data entry and re-work; analyzes and identifies trends and provides reports as necessary.

 Required Skills: Qualifications:
Requirements:
- 3+ years claim processing/claim call center experience
- 1+ years experience leading/supervising employees
- Understanding of pre-determination
- Ability to understand and interpret plan language
Assets:
- Knowledge of Department of Labor regulations
- Knowledge of URAC requirements
- ICD-9 Diagnosis and CPT coding experience
- Experience in the healthcare Industry
- College degree preferred
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
