Job Summary:
If you are naturally positive, helpful, courteous, and interested in providing inbound customer support for some great companies, we will train you on how to provide value to these national institutions.
Job Responsibilities:
• Answer incoming calls from prospective customers to explain services and products offered.
• Become proficient with client programs and develop product knowledge.
• Record and verify names, addresses, purchases and reactions of prospective customers.
• Enter orders into computer.
• Maintain professional attire that adheres to APAC standards.
• Follow company policies and procedures
Job Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year customer service experience. You should be a naturally positive, helpful, and courteous person who likes to assist people with their needs.
• Minimum of 3 months stable work history.
• Minimum of a H.S. Diploma
• Ability to type 15 words a minute.
• Comfortable working at a computer, talking on the phone, and working in a fast-paced environment.
