Job Description:
Site WFM Analysts work closely with the Senior WFM Analysts at the Operational Command Center and the site operations teams. By monitoring call queues and agent adherence, assigning agent schedules and accurately inputting network account data and off phone exceptions, Site WFM Analysts will ensure that service levels are met and maximum efficiencies are achieved at each DRIS call center site.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED, Bachelor Degree preferred
Proficient in Aspect eWFM application Proficient in MS Excel
Detail Oriented Ability to work in multi-task environment
Ability to prioritize and organize work Successful experience delivering excellent customer service
Excellent skills in organization, prioritization, time management and handling multiple tasks
Effective written and oral communication skills
High level of commitment, initiative, vision and enthusiasm
