Expanding consumer services company has a new opening for a Call Center Manager. The manager will oversee 35-40 reps in a primarily inbound setting. A key initial project is the consolidation of multiple centers into one central site. Hiring, training, scripting and increasing sales conversion rates are key drivers for this position. Base salary $75-85k plus bonus.
Must have the following call center experience:
-Five years managing at least 25 CSRs
-Inbound and outbound
-Consolidation or start-ups
-Training and scripting plus success with improving sales
-Working knowledge of call center technology
