Rapidly growing healthcare related company has a new opening for a Call Center Sales Manager to lead and build the inside sales operation. The manager will oversee 12-15 reps initially and should double the group within two years. Hiring, training, scripting, managing and improving sales conversion rates are the key drivers for this position. Compensation includes a $75-95k base salary plus a very strong benefits program. Relocation is not available for this position.
Requirements: Must have solid “inside sales” call center management experience including training and scripting. Demonstrated success with improving sales conversion rates is critical.
