How does it work? -

How does TelePlaza select the companies?
We send an email with your request (NOT your contact information) to companies in our database that provide the SPECIFIC products or services you are requesting.

Then, these companies reply to us about your request. The responses will be reviewed and we will provide you with the companies that BEST suit your individual needs. The three best candidates are selected and their information is forwarded to you. You are under NO obligation to use their services - this is simply a referral service.

Will I be contacted by anyone?
For the Program to work - YES - you will be contacted by the 3 firms that won the bidding process. HOWEVER, you will have their information for 3 business days before they call you - so you are prepared to handle the call and ask questions.

What if the three do not provide the correct solution? We have more firms on file for all the Suppliers and we will provide you with additional companies (4-10) on an as needed basis.

Do you send the request to all companies? No. We have a categorized list of Suppliers and only select the ones in that particular category.
